This Privacy Policy explains how Etherealize, Inc. ("Etherealize," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website at www.etherealize.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions of Use.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated Policy on the Site. We encourage you to review it periodically.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. The Site is an informational marketing website. The only information we collect directly from you is what you choose to submit through our forms:

• Contact / inquiry form — such as your name, email address, company or organization, and the contents of your message.
• Careers form — such as your name, contact details, résumé or CV, work history, education, and any other information you include in your application.

We only collect this information when you voluntarily submit it.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Webflow and Cloudflare) may automatically log standard technical information — such as IP address, browser and device type, and access timestamps — for hosting, delivery, and security purposes. We and our service providers may also collect information about how you use the Site through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 2.

Information collected by embedded third-party content. Certain pages include content or resources embedded from third parties. When you view a page containing such content, these third parties may independently collect information about you (such as your IP address and user-agent) and may set their own cookies, in accordance with their own privacy policies. This collection is governed by those third parties, not by Etherealize.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies on the Site for purposes such as:

• Strictly necessary — enabling core Site functionality, security, and form submissions;
• Analytics and performance — understanding how visitors find and use the Site so that we can measure and improve it; and
• Functional — remembering your preferences and settings.

We do not use cookies for cross-site or targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share information collected through cookies with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

In addition, third-party services whose content is embedded on the Site (see Section 1) may set their own cookies when their content loads; those cookies are governed by the third parties' own privacy policies.

Because there is currently no common industry standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not respond to them.

• evaluate and manage job applications submitted through our careers form (see Section 8);

• comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use.

4. Marketing Communications

When you submit your information through our contact or lead-generation forms, you are opting in to receive outreach from us, including marketing and nurture communications about Etherealize and our products and services.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at web@etherealize.com. We will continue to send you non-promotional messages where necessary, such as responses to your direct inquiries.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us — such as website hosting and forms (Webflow), content delivery and security (Cloudflare), email/CRM and marketing tools, and similar providers — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Etherealize, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

6. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site or service you access.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship with you, administer marketing communications, or evaluate your job application — and thereafter as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Job Applicants

If you apply for a position through our careers form, we collect and use the information you submit (including your résumé/CV, work history, education, and contact details) to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the role and other opportunities, and manage our recruiting process. We may retain applicant information for a reasonable period to consider you for current and future openings.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• Access or update the information you have provided, or ask us to correct it;
• Request deletion of the information you have provided; and
• Opt out of marketing communications as described in Section 4.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the revised Policy on the Site and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
